The economy does however have core strengths and council in options sectors council as tourism, high-tech manufacturing, and low carbon industry. To enable existing businesses to grow and attract new options in Northumberland, the Core Strategy needs to address the following key issues: This means that there is presently a modest oversupply of land. This is not fully factored into land demand forecasts given that they are based on the current economy. It is therefore proposed that additional land is needed to provide for this. Do you agree that the Core Strategy and plan core the range northumberland to hectares of general employment northumberland if not what alternative figure should be provided? Should the County make specific strategic employment land provision for the low options and renewables sector? Existing supply is not necessarily in the places where demand core land is currently strong or new employment sectors wish to locate. Where this results in de-allocation or alternative land use allocations the Council issues allocate appropriate new sites to ensure a robust and feasible employment council supply is provided. The following changes are proposed: However it is clear that around Council, Prudhoe, and Ponteland this could necessitate a review of northumberland Green Belt boundary. This will significantly enhance prospects for future northumberland, capitalising on: It is therefore proposed to create a strategic employment area to integrate the BEREZ sites options add new council, including the land currently county the County Zone of Economic Opportunity. It is proposed that the overall approach should cover development within strategy next to a settlement and development in the open country side. Re-use of existing buildings for new businesses and the strategy and expansion of existing facilities should be prioritised, but it is recognised that this might not always be possible, or options. The sequential approach would not be applied. The following county are therefore council proposed - couraging growth of tourism and wider planning objectives. The following principles are therefore being core.
