Any two Floor Officials may halt trading in any security in the interests of a fair market orderly market for a period not in excess of two consecutive business days. Any two Floor Officials, in consultation options a designated senior executive officer of the Options, may halt trading in any security in the interests of a fair and orderly market for a period exceeding two consecutive business days.
